MyCommunityEvents.com, MyCommunityTickets.com, and MyCommunityFundraising.com was created to a llow community members and organizations to list any type of event and sell tickets registrations , and/or auctions online free of charge.  MyCommunityEvents.com, MyCommunityTickets.com, and/or MyCommunityFundraising.com p rovides secure password protected data with advanced event, ticket and registration sales based on each organizations customization.  Founded by three pioneering entrepreneurs who believe our communities are a better place to live when they contain thriving community organizations of all kinds, MyCommunityTickets.com is designed to help not for profits, community, and arts organizations reach a broader community, which enhances their financial viability.  We hope to inspire greater participation and enjoyment in these local organizations so our communities will be a better place to live worldwide.

Overview

The following terms & conditions govern the use of www.MyCommunityEvents.com, MyCommunityTickets.com, and MyCommunityFundraising.com websites and the software and services that are available throughout each of these websites.  This service is offered to those using the service without modification of the terms & conditions contained herein and includes all other rules, policies, and procedures that are published on any of the above websites.  Those using or accessing this service in any way by accessing any part of the websites or services agree to all of these terms & conditions herein.  Anyone that does not agree with terms & conditions are free to discontinue the use of these services at any time, unless otherwise noted by some other contractual agreement.

MyCommunityEvents.com, MyCommunityTickets.com, and MyCommunityTickets.com is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.  The use of the service is at your sole risk.  Under no circumstances shall MyCommunity Events.com, MyCommunityTickets.com, and/or MyCommunityFundraising.com be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages for any matter arising from or relating to this agreement, the site, or services provided .  Modification to these terms & conditions can occur at any time and it is the sole responsibility of  those accessing these websites to review periodic changes.  Your continued use of any services constitutes acceptance of those changes. 

Your Use of Services

Services are provided only for the purposes permitted by these terms & conditions and any applicable laws and regulations.  You will not permit anyone else to access your information by giving someone else a username or password.  You will not modify or create derivatives or copies of any part of this service.  You will not provide others with system design or functionality, nor will you copy, disassemble, decompile, engineer, interfere or disrupt services, modify any part of source code or structure of all or any part of MyCommunityEvents.com, MyCommunityTickets.com, and/or MyCommunityFundraising.com without written permission.  MyCommunityEvents.com, MyCommunityTickets.com, and/or MyCommunityTickets.com can and will suspend any or all privileges to using the serviced provided herein at their sole discretion.

Your Obligations as a user of this service

1.      You agree to provide accurate contact information in the registration process and keep information accurate and current at all times.

2.      You will not share username and/or password information with anyone.  You are responsible for keeping this information confidential.  You are responsible to notify us immediately of any breach of username and password information.

3.      You will not upload any material deemed inappropriate at the discretion of MyCommunityEvents.com, MyCommunityTickets.com, or MyCommunityFundraising.com for any reason.  Any material deemed inappropriate, will result in the immediate suspension of your account.

4.      You must be at least 18 years of age or older

5.      All material uploaded is the intellectual property of you or your agents.  You will not sell, modify, or distribute publicly any copyrighted property without written permission and said permission must be made available to MyCommunityEvents.com, MyCommunityFundraising.com, and/or MyCommunityFundraising.com

6.      You are liable for any and all content that is entered by you or any agent of yours.

7.      You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations (foreign or domestic) regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the country you reside.

8.      You will at all time be responsible for payment and collection of any sales, local, federal, state, or other taxes required by any country, state, province, or other agency that requires tax collection.  At no time will MyCommuntiyEvents.com, MyCommunityTickets.com, or MyCommunityFundraising.com be responsible for any tax payments.

Privacy & Security

MyCommunityTickets.com takes security and privacy very seriously.  We do everything in our power to keep private information private.

1.      MyCommunityEvents.com, MyCommunityTickets.com , MyCommunityFundraising.com uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).  SSL is the standard protocol used in processing e-commerce transactions for secure websites.  This allows customers to see the padlock on the URL and view the certificate at the time of purchase. 

2.      Your information is private and only you can see this information when you log in with your username and password.  You control what consumers see as part of each event.  Consumers will only see what you want them to see as part of each event. 

3.      We do not sell your information to anyone, we only use this contact information if the need arises to contact you concerning a customer question or issue with an event.  

4.      We do NOT store credit card information in our database.  You will only see the last four digits of a credit cards to protect anyone from acquiring this information.  We also do not store credit card security codes.

5.      MyCommunityEvents.com, MyCommunityTickets.com , MyCommunityFundraising.com uses merchant software to prevent unauthorized individuals using fraudulent credit cards numbers to purchase tickets/registrations on MyCommunityEvents.com, MyCommunityTickets.com , MyCommunityFundraising.com through CVV validation and address/zip code verification.

6.      MyCommunityEvent.com, MyCommunnityTickets.com, and MyCommunityFundraising.com is PCI Compliant and certified.  If you would like to see a copy of our certificate, please ask.

7.      At no time will you allow another organization or person to list events under your login username and password.  Other organizations must be encouraged to register and are free to use the MyCommunityEvents.com, MyCommunityTickets.com , MyCommunityFundraising.com website s and software to the fullest extent.

8.      You or your representative will not at any time upload any material deemed inappropriate for the general public, those items offensive to others, selling or promoting illegal substances, or not suitable for children.

9.      You acknowledge that MyCommunityEvents.com, MyCommunityTickets.com , and MyCommunityFundraising.com does not pre-screen any content working in coordination with the Service, but that MyCommunityEvents.com, MyCommunityTickets.com , MyCommunityFundraising.com and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to rescind use of the service. You acknowledge and agree that MyCommunityTickets.com may preserve information and may also disclose information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the terms & conditions agreement; (c) respond to claims that any information violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of MyCommunityEvents.com, MyCommunityTickets.com , MyCommunityFundraising.com , its users and/or the public.

Release

If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release MyCommunityEvents.com, MyCommunityTickets.com, MyCommunityFundraising.com, our officers, directors, agents, joint ventures, and employees from any and all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, either known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

Arbitration

Any controversy or claim that arises out of or in relation to the terms & conditions of the services provided by MyCommunityEvents.com, MyCommunityTickets.com, MyCommunityFundraising.com will be finally settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration of the Judicial Arbitration and Media Services in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party.  The arbitration will be conducted in York, Pennsylvania and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
